Across two decades he built and ran the disciplines that decide what a franchise is worth — brand, marketing, communications, organizational strategy, culture — and carried them through rebuilds, championships, and crises. He launched the Global Markets Program for the Chiefs, earning rights to Germany and Mexico by 2021.
